October Friday 2nd 1-5pm for Big Trucks / Vehicles with Trailers / Venders needing additional setup time
October 3rd Saturday 7-10 am for Small Vehicles Only, No Trailers, Venders with Easy Setup

Exhibitor / Vender sales space is sold in 10 x 10 foot increments.

Exhibitor / Venders: Rules & Regulations

Space Pricing for a Sales / Product Display inside the Fairgrounds Buildings is priced higher than Outside.
All Spaces are sold bare - you will need your own booth furnature. Electrical power is available Inside only.
Outside Venders are on grass or asphalt and are recommended to supply their own Pop Up Canopies for shade.

Literature & Memoribila Sales is Inside a Building, so no canopy is required. Table and Chair provided.
Swap Meet / Used Parts / Used Car Sales is Outside on Grass or Asphalt

Special Exhibitor Considerations
Call to negotiate special pricing for Big Rig Exhibitors. Special consideration is given to automotive related Charities,
Unique Historical and Race Cars and Race Team displays, and Activities of Interest to our Spectators.
